Job Description

1. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive activities.
• Analyze customer data to understand needs, preferences, and buying behavior within the agricultural sector.

2. Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Identify and reach out to potential clients such as farmers, agri-cooperatives, distributors, and agribusiness organizations.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and targeted online research.

3. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations

• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos to highlight the value of our agricultural solutions.
• Clearly communicate the benefits and unique selling points of our offerings while addressing customer challenges.

4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct regular client visits and engage in discussions to understand their evolving needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and successfully close deals within assigned territories or market segments.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams—including product development, marketing, and customer support—to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Share customer insights and field feedback to help refine products, services, and sales strategies.

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
