Job Summary: The Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple pharmacy retail outlets, ensuring compliance, optimizing performance, and supporting store teams to deliver high-quality service and accurate dispensing. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily operations across multiple pharmacy stores. Ensure compliance with drug regulations, licensing, and company policies. Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and procurement efficiency. Train and guide pharmacy staff on SOPs, customer service, and product knowledge. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of each store. Resolve operational issues and support store teams in achieving targets. Qualifications & Skills:Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy with valid license. 4–6 years of experience in retail pharmacy, including team management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel across store locations. Proficiency in pharmacy software and reporting tools.
