Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills to represent the brand confidently in meetings, calls, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage key client accounts.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to clients and partners.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals aligned with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of [X] years of proven sales management experience.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
