Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic results driven Manager – Business Development to lead and grow our business in the Indian defense sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with both private and government defense customers, including the DRDO, DPSUs, and private defense OEMs. The role involves strategic planning, developing strong industry connections, customer relationship management, tender participation, and ability to navigate complex procurement cycles to generate long-term value aligned with organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • *Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred); MBA is an added advantage.
  • 8–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the Indian defense sector.
  • Thorough understanding of

    Indian defense procurement procedures

    , especially DPP/DAP 2020, and relevant government policies.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value defense contracts and long-cycle business engagements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively across India.
