Qualifications *Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred); MBA is an added advantage. 8–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the Indian defense sector. Thorough understanding of Indian defense procurement procedures , especially DPP/DAP 2020, and relevant government policies. Proven track record of closing high-value defense contracts and long-cycle business engagements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and travel extensively across India.

Strategic Leadership Develop and implement Industrial Engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals. Drive continuous improvement culture through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Lead capacity planning and facility layout optimization for existing and future production requirements. 2. Process Optimization & Productivity Analise workflows, production methods, and workforce utilization to improve efficiency. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and time standards for all manufacturing processes. Implement automation and digital manufacturing initiatives (Industry 4.0). 3.
