Virtual Binz LLP is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across our BPO/KPO service verticals, with a primary focus on US-based clients. The BDM will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic expansion into key outsourcing areas such as back-office operations, customer support, data processing, finance & accounting, and AI-enabled services.
This role is a critical part of our expansion plans, ideal for someone who understands the nuances of global outsourcing and can position Virtual Binz LLP as a strategic partner for operational efficiency and cost transformation.
Identify and engage potential clients across industries including insurance, healthcare, logistics, finance, and e-commerce.
Leverage tools like LinkedIn, cold outreach, webinars, and industry associations to generate leads.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Present Virtual Binz LLP’s BPO/KPO solutions tailored to each client’s operational needs.
Create customized proposals and pitch decks highlighting our value proposition.
Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based clients.
Coordinate with Indian delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor service performance, address escalations, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Track outsourcing trends, automation/AI adoption, and emerging BPO/KPO demands in the US.
Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning.
Recommend new service lines and upselling opportunities based on client feedback and market needs.
3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the BPO, KPO, or outsourcing industry.
Strong understanding of US business culture and operations, with exposure to one or more domains such as customer service, insurance, healthcare, finance, or data management.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Flexibility to work in US time zones as needed.
Experience in offshore outsourcing and working with remote delivery teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal creation, and pipeline management.
Existing network of US-based decision-makers in relevant industries.
Knowledge of AI-enabled BPO tools and platforms is a plus.
