About the Role


Virtual Binz LLP is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across our BPO/KPO service verticals, with a primary focus on US-based clients. The BDM will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic expansion into key outsourcing areas such as back-office operations, customer support, data processing, finance & accounting, and AI-enabled services.


This role is a critical part of our expansion plans, ideal for someone who understands the nuances of global outsourcing and can position Virtual Binz LLP as a strategic partner for operational efficiency and cost transformation.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage potential clients across industries including insurance, healthcare, logistics, finance, and e-commerce.


  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn, cold outreach, webinars, and industry associations to generate leads.


  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.


Client Acquisition


  • Present Virtual Binz LLP’s BPO/KPO solutions tailored to each client’s operational needs.


  • Create customized proposals and pitch decks highlighting our value proposition.


  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.


Account Management


  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based clients.


  • Coordinate with Indian delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.


  • Monitor service performance, address escalations, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.


Market Research & Strategy


  • Track outsourcing trends, automation/AI adoption, and emerging BPO/KPO demands in the US.


  • Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning.


  • Recommend new service lines and upselling opportunities based on client feedback and market needs.


Requirements

Requirements


  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the BPO, KPO, or outsourcing industry.


  • Strong understanding of US business culture and operations, with exposure to one or more domains such as customer service, insurance, healthcare, finance, or data management.


  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.


  • Flexibility to work in US time zones as needed.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in offshore outsourcing and working with remote delivery teams.


  • Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal creation, and pipeline management.


  • Existing network of US-based decision-makers in relevant industries.


  • Knowledge of AI-enabled BPO tools and platforms is a plus.
