Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad and Gurgaon. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and helping to expand the company’s market presence. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing reports on marketing and sales metrics, collaborating with marketing teams to ensure branding and communication consistency, and participating in industry events to further develop business relationships.

• Experience in Market Analysis, Strategy Formulation, and Customer Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in Project Management and Coordination
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is advantageous
