About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to onboard clients who want to trade on the Vantage Markets platform across various asset classes. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the financial industry, with a preference for those from a forex and crypto background. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to guide clients through the onboarding process effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding:

  Assist new traders in setting up accounts and navigating the Vantage Markets platform.

• Sales & Relationship Management:

  Engage potential clients, understand their trading needs, and provide tailored solutions.

• Market Education:

  Explain different asset classes, trading strategies, and platform features to clients.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor client activity and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with internal teams to resolve client queries and enhance the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales within the financial industry (stocks, forex and crypto background preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain trading concepts and platform functionalities clearly.
• Familiarity with financial instruments, order types, and risk management strategies.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
