Our services are crafted to enable dignified and joyful living, whether for short- or long-term stays, wellness solutions, or trusted legal advice.This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and creating strategic plans for business growth. The role involves market research, outreach, and continuous engagement with stakeholders to promote the services offered by Umang Living. The manager will work closely with the marketing and operational teams to create and implement business strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Generate leads and convert them into successful deals.
Understand market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications :

Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning skills
Experience with Market Research and Competitor Analysis
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teams
Proven track record in developing and growing client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the senior living or healthcare industry is a plus
