📢 We're Hiring: B2B Sales Executive – Corporate Gifting (Full-Time | Chhatarpur, South Delhi)

With a catalog of 5,000+ products across categories, we partner with top corporates to deliver creative, brand-aligned gifts that leave a lasting impression.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.

Client Meetings & Presentations:

• Schedule and conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) with HR heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers to pitch gifting solutions.

Sales Closure:

• Understand client needs, recommend suitable products (onboarding kits, hampers, etc.), negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Market Research & Sales Strategy:

• Stay updated on gifting trends, festive campaigns, and competitor offerings. Share insights to refine offerings and sales strategies.

Internal Coordination:

• Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries, customization, and high-quality execution.

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in corporate gifting, merchandise, or marketing services.
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative, solution-based selling approach.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficient with CRM tools, Excel, and LinkedIn for prospecting and follow-ups.
• Passionate about creative products and delivering a great customer experience.

💼 Job Details:

• Location: Chhatarpur, South Delhi (On-site, Full-Time)
• Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month (based on last drawn CTC)
• Incentives: Lucrative performance-based incentives
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Background Check & Reference: Mandatory
