Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking. Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with HR heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers to pitch corporate gifting solutions. Sales Closure: Understand client requirements, propose suitable product options (from onboarding kits to festive hampers), negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on market trends, festive campaigns, and competitor offerings. Share insights to improve offerings and pitch strategies. Coordination with Design & Operations: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, customization, and high-quality execution of orders. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, merchandise, marketing services, or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for storytelling and consultative selling. Target-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and LinkedIn for outreach and follow-ups.
