Job Description

1. Industry & Service Understanding

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge – Strong grasp of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web design, and content marketing to explain services confidently.
  • Results-Oriented Thinking – Ability to discuss ROI, KPIs, and campaign performance in client conversations.
  • Latest Trends Awareness – Familiarity with new tools, AI in marketing, Google algorithm updates, and ad platform changes.

2. International Communication Skills

  • Fluent English (written & spoken) – Professional email drafting and proposal writing skills.
  • Cultural Awareness – Ability to adapt tone, negotiation style, and meeting etiquette for US, Canadian, UK, and other markets.
  • Presentation Skills – Experience hosting Zoom/Google Meet calls, presenting proposals, and demoing services.

3. Sales & Negotiation Skills

  • Consultative Selling Approach – Understand client pain points and suggest the right solutions, not just push packages.
  • Lead Qualification Ability – Can filter genuine prospects from time-wasters.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills – Confident in handling objections and securing deals without heavy discounts.

4. Relationship Management

  • Follow-up Discipline – Systematic follow-up to move prospects through the pipeline.
  • CRM Proficiency – Experience using HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM tools for tracking leads and interactions.
  • Account Farming Skills – Knows how to grow existing accounts into larger contracts.

5. Business Acumen

  • Understanding of Pricing Models – Ability to justify costs and explain value.
  • Competitor Awareness – Knows how to position your agency against global competition.
  • Contract Handling – Familiar with drafting, reviewing, and discussing agreements with overseas clients.

6. Self-Management & Productivity

  • Time Zone Flexibility – Willingness to attend late-night or early-morning calls for different geographies.
  • Target-Driven Mindset – Comfortable with KPIs like monthly sales targets, number of qualified leads, and proposal submissions.
  • Organized & Proactive – Manages pipeline without constant supervision.

Bonus Plus Points

  • Prior experience in international digital marketing sales.
  • Existing network of overseas contacts.
  • Ability to work with marketing teams to develop tailored pitches.
  • Knows LinkedIn lead generation, cold emailing, and Upwork/Freelancer bidding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
