Business Development Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and partnership initiatives at BuildYourCode.in. You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth in alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Create and implement strategic business development plans to meet growth targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
• Track and analyze key business development metrics, reporting to senior management.
• Represent BuildYourCode.in at industry events, networking meets, and conferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1.5–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development—preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital services.
• Strong understanding of software development, IT solutions, or tech consulting (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
• Self-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

• Ramnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
