Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Business Development Manager located on-site in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to expand the company's client base and partnerships. Basic understanding and knowledge of textiles/fabrics is a plus.
Build relationships with both existing clients and new and prospective clients.
Strong sourcing and technical experience in all kinds of printing and printed fabrics.
Strong client and vendor relations skills and experience.
Key role in negotiating prices, lead times and quality specifications with both suppliers and buyers to close orders.
Execute the orders whilst effective follow ups and communication with both suppliers and buyers.
Maintain and ensure timely submissions and approvals of all orders as per planned T&As and committed deliveries.
Active in building and maintaining the product and service libraries and portfolios.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management , with a proven track record of driving business growth.
Market research and lead generation skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the textile industry and sourcing processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Salary Package :

As Per Industrial Standards with both fixed and variable components.
