Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and maintaining client relationships. Daily responsibilities include researching potential clients, generating leads, developing proposals, pitching services, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves tracking market trends to shape innovative business strategies and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills to identify opportunities and close deals
• Strategic thinking and Market Research skills to analyze industry trends and drive business growth
• Excellent interpersonal and Networking skills to establish and nurture client relationships
• Effective Communication and Presentation skills to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling proposals
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics for managing leads and tracking performance metrics
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Agency experience in marketing, communications, or related industries is advantageous
