Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Development Manager role located in Kochi, Kerala, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and contributing to the company's growth and expansion.

Qualifications

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present digital marketing solutions and agency capabilities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, business developments, and competitor activities.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, google ads, website development).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
• Strong network of local business contacts in Kerala or South India is a plus.
