Integrating the Internet of Things (IoT), our applications connect GPS services to deliver data that enhances fleet operations' safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Our applications cover fleet tracking, school bus and employee monitoring, logistics, and more. We ensure our clients achieve the lowest possible total cost of ownership (TCO) for their fleets while adhering to environmental and safety regulations. Our solutions help in monitoring fuel consumption, route management, driver performance, and vehicle maintenance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at our Noida office. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve growth. Responsibilities include market research, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and presenting business proposals. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in market research, strategic planning, and sales forecasting
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Noida
Experience in the telematics or fleet management industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
