Strong understanding of corporate governance and legal entity compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Experience with entity management platforms such as CSC, Diligent Entities, GEMS, or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Preferred Skills: Experience in a multi-national corporation or law firm. Familiarity with U.S. and international corporate structures.
