Contract Lifecycle Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Associate. The role involves managing end-to-end contract processesfrom drafting and review to execution, storage, and renewal. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, improve efficiency, and support stakeholders across departments in handling contracts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including creation, review, approval, execution, storage, and renewal.
  
• Draft, review, and edit contract templates, standard agreements, and clauses.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, procurement, finance, sales, etc.) to align contract terms with business objectives.
  
• Monitor contract obligations, deliverables, and key dates (renewals, expirations, terminations).
  
• Maintain and update contract records in the CLM system/software.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Identify risks and escalate issues to senior management or the legal team.
  
• Generate reports and insights on contract performance, status, and compliance.
  
• Support process improvement initiatives to streamline contract management.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  
• Prior experience in contract management, legal operations (3-7 years).
  
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and corporate policies.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
