Job Description

Business Manager – Sales

At Simpliaxis, we're empowering professionals through industry-recognized certification

training across Agile, Scrum, Project Management, Cloud, and more. With a global presence

spanning the US, UK, Middle East, and India — we’re scaling fast, and we want leaders who

can scale with us.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead high-performing teams, drive

global revenue, and build predictable, repeatable sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and mentor a team of sales managers and executives across regions (B2C & B2B).

 Design and execute strategies for achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

 Drive consistent improvement in lead conversion and customer experience.

 Build, track, and manage the entire sales funnel using CRM (Leadsquared).

 Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns and maximize ROI.

 Analyze performance metrics, forecast sales targets, and present reports to leadership.

 Develop and implement scalable sales processes and performance frameworks.

 Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships for business expansion.

 Ensure sales compliance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics are met.


What We’re Looking For:

 5–10 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role

 Proven experience in global markets (US, UK, or Middle East)

 Background in EdTech, Professional Training, or SaaS is a big plus

 CRM expertise (Leadsquared), highly analytical and goal-driven

 Passionate about sales — a closer with leadership DNA

Bonus Points for:

 Experience in selling PMP, CSM, SAFe, or Cloud certifications

 Built/managed sales teams at a startup or high-growth company

 Strong in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, or hosting webinars
