Role & responsibilities
• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Build strong relationships with potential schools and institutions
• Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Generate leads through market networking.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance against your targets and KPIs.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business pipeline and sales activities.
• Guide and mentor junior sales or business development executives.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets.
