Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at our Gurugram location. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves conducting market research, developing strategies for business growth, coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The individual will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, analyzing business metrics, and providing regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management
• Experience in Market Research and Strategy Development
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to analyze business metrics and prepare detailed reports
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the education sector or a similar industry is beneficial
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
