We are looking for a Business Development Associate who has an experience of 2-3 years in Advertising agencies. (Mandatory). Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: 45000 per month + 10% Profit share Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry segments Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value of our services Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in an Advertising Agency is preferable Should be able to close the deals Strong understanding of the advertising industry and market dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
