Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai with some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions. Daily tasks include market research, strategic planning, sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role involves tracking market trends to identify emergent opportunities and maintaining detailed records of sales activities and client interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management Strong analytical skills for market research and strategic planning Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting Familiarity with the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
