Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing real estate mandate firm in Pune (West and South). The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to onboard developers for sole selling/mandate services. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in real estate sales, with a strong network of developers and decision-makers in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard real estate developers for sole selling/mandate services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  • Leverage an extensive network to influence and close deals effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.


Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales with a reputed real estate firm.
  • Hands-on experience in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad markets is essential.
  • Prior experience working with real estate firms

Education:

  • UG: Any Graduate.
  • PG: Any Postgraduate (MBA - preferred).

Skills:

  • Business Development expertise in real estate.
  • Exceptional networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Pune real estate market.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve business targets.
