Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging blogs, website content, and social media captions tailored to the real estate industry
• Create content that connects with homebuyers, investors, and property seekers in both English and Hinglish
• Conduct in-depth research on local property trends, market movements, and emerging real estate opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with branding and campaign goals
• Apply basic SEO practices to ensure content is optimised for search engines
• Stay updated with industry lingo, RERA norms, and other relevant real estate terminologies

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in real estate or lifestyle domains
• Excellent command of English and Hinglish (writing and understanding)
• Hands-on experience with blog writing, website content development, and crafting catchy social media captions
• Basic understanding of SEO practices and content optimization
• Research-driven mindset and ability to interpret market insights into reader-friendly formats
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with remote/in-office teams
