Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executives with strong experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in converting leads, closing deals, and offering an excellent customer experience. Experience with mandate/sole-selling projects will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Manage and convert qualified leads into walk-ins and site visits. Build strong relationships with potential buyers and provide professional consultation. Conduct site visits, property presentations, and project walkthroughs. Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams to follow up on inquiries. Understand customer requirements and guide them through the decision-making process. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 3–4 years of real estate sales experience (Mandate experience preferred). Personality: Polished, professional, and excellent communication & presentation skills. Location Advantage: Candidates residing near Ambegaon or South Pune areas will be preferred. Strong understanding of Pune’s real estate market, buyer personas, and sales processes. Self-driven with a go-getter attitude and high accountability.
