Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 3–4 Years in IT Services and BPO Business Development
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance)
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our growth initiatives in the IT Services and BPO sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion, especially in areas such as Oracle Services, Web Development, and BPO Operations.
You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, driving sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to support strategic planning.
Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive business proposals and client presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closures with long-term partnership potential.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
(MBA preferred.)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development within IT services, Oracle consulting, web development, or BPO sectors.
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT services and BPO operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Experience in B2B sales and recruitment service business preferred.
Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
