Job Description

Position Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving strategic business growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding MyScaai Bharat Construction’s presence across residential, villa, and turnkey construction projects. This role involves identifying new opportunities, developing partnerships, managing key accounts, and ensuring consistent revenue generation aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, channel partners, and developers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential business areas.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — sales, design, and operations — to deliver customized solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations to close deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track business performance through structured reporting, lead conversion metrics, and CRM updates.
  • Support digital and on-ground marketing initiatives to improve lead quality and brand positioning.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships to drive referrals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B / B2C sales and client acquisition in the construction or real estate sector.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, build networks, and close high-value deals.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, costing, and project execution is an advantage.
  • Leadership and team coordination skills to drive performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5–12 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles within construction, interiors, or real estate.
  • Preferred Industry: Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Turnkey Projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹279,071.07 - ₹1,249,847.85 per year
