Designation-Business Development Manager(BDM) - ITES/SI industry Experience-5 to 8yrs Location - Mumbai Notice Period –Immediate Qualification: Graduation or any degree #Willingness for Outbound & inbound sales. Roles & Responsibilities: · Should have an experience in IT Infrastructure domain. · Require Good communication skills . · Must have an experience in sales, B2B enterprise, field sales. · Excellent knowledge, exposure, experience in cloud or cyber security or networking Product, IT Infra solutions mandatory. · Should have an experience in handling a team · Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. · Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. · Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. · Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives. · Prepare sales forecast and ensuring the same is achieved. · Keep records of sales, revenue, customers, market etc. · Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. · Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. · Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. · To identify / develop and maintain specific Enterprise accounts with an opportunity plan supporting company goals. · Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. · Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. · Achieving monthly sales targets from our Existing customers and by identifying and developing new customers.
