Designation-Business Development Manager-(BDM)

Experience-5 to 7yrs

Location - Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai

Notice Period –Immediate

Qualification-Graduation Mandatory (Any degree)

Willing to work in Field

Roles & Responsibilities:

Should have an experience in ITES / SI/ IT Infrastructure domain.

Require Good communication skills .

Must have an experience in sales, B2B enterprise, field sales.

Excellent knowledge, exposure, experience in cloud or cyber security or networking Product Mandatory.

Should have an experience in handling a team

Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

Promote the company products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.

Prepare sales forecast and ensuring the same is achieved.

Keep records of sales, revenue, customers, market etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

To identify / develop and maintain specific Enterprise accounts with an opportunity plan supporting company goals.

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

Achieving monthly sales targets from our Existing customers and by identifying and developing new customers.
