Qualifications Oversee the Marketing & Sales Departments to ensure: • Alignment of promotional strategies with service offerings • Seamless handoff between lead‑generation, conversion, and client servicing teams • Consistent brand messaging across all channels • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including: • Market research to pinpoint potential acquisitions • Strategic partnerships for expansion into new regions or verticals • Analysis of competitor offerings to inform service enhancements • Champion brand satisfaction, by: • Setting and tracking KPIs for client happiness and repeat engagement • Implementing feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement • Liaising with creative, production, and media teams to uphold quality standards • Manage media deliverables, ensuring: • Timely delivery of press releases, press kits, and digital content • Coordination with external agencies and in‑house designers • Compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements • Drive revenue growth through: • Development of new service packages and premium add‑ons • Negotiation of sponsorships and corporate tie‑ups • Optimization of pricing models based on market demand and cost analysis Show more Show less
