Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Bhandup, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to improve company revenue. Daily tasks include market analysis, networking with potential clients, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize service offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development or Sales
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
