Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Moradabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing business strategies. The role involves market research, cold calling, and preparing and delivering presentations. The candidate will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and deals, conducting competitor analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include setting sales targets and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and developing business strategies
Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Strong relationship management and customer service skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
