Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, converting high-quality leads, and building long-term client partnerships. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, optimizing lead conversions, and contributing to the overall growth of Launchpad Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert potential leads into successful business opportunities.
  
• Drive

  revenue growth

  through sales, investments, and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain a healthy

  sales pipeline

  by consistently adding new prospects (weekly/monthly).
• Achieve a high

  call-to-meeting ratio

  by effectively pitching to prospects.
• Ensure timely deal closures while minimizing

  average closure time

  .
• Focus on

  client retention & engagement

  to deliver maximum satisfaction.
• Explore

  cross-selling & up-selling opportunities

  for premium packages (e.g., Franchise King, Flagship).
• Collaborate with the team to achieve

  collective targets

  and share best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in

  Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition

  .
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, deal negotiation, and revenue generation.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation & relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to work with

  targets & performance-driven KPIs

  .
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience in

  startups / consulting / investment / franchising domain

  is a plus.
