Role: Business Development Manager (BDM) As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, converting high-quality leads, and building long-term client partnerships. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, optimizing lead conversions, and contributing to the overall growth of Launchpad Business. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and convert potential leads into successful business opportunities. Drive revenue growth through sales, investments, and strategic partnerships. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently adding new prospects (weekly/monthly). Achieve a high call-to-meeting ratio by effectively pitching to prospects. Ensure timely deal closures while minimizing average closure time . Focus on client retention & engagement to deliver maximum satisfaction. Explore cross-selling & up-selling opportunities for premium packages (e.g., Franchise King, Flagship). Collaborate with the team to achieve collective targets and share best practices. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead Conversion Rate % of leads successfully converted Revenue Generated Sales/investments closed (monthly/quarterly) Call-to-Meeting Ratio Qualified meetings from calls Closure Time Average time to close deals Client Retention & Engagement Ensuring long-term satisfaction Pipeline Growth – Number of new prospects added Cross-Selling / Up-Selling – Higher-value deal conversions Team Contribution – Active collaboration for overall growth What We’re Looking For Proven experience (2–5 years) in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition . Strong understanding of B2B sales, deal negotiation, and revenue generation. Excellent communication, presentation & relationship-building skills. Ability to work with targets & performance-driven KPIs . Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in startups / consulting / investment / franchising domain is a plus.
