Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities in

    Healthcare IT solutions

    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    doctors, RMPs, clinics, hospitals, and medical representatives

    .
  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Present, promote, and demonstrate healthcare IT products/solutions to medical professionals.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and healthcare technology adoption.
  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, healthcare events, and networking forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven experience in

    Business Development / Sales

    within

    Healthcare IT, Pharma, or Medical Devices

    .
  • Strong communication and networking skills with

    doctors, RMPs, and medical representatives

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Willingness to travel for client engagement and business expansion.
