The Role in a Nutshell

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–5 years

    in a high-growth SaaS or early-stage startup

  • Hands-on

    with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Facebook/Instagram campaigns

  • Proficient

    in HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp

  • Strong copywriting

    for ads, landing pages & email

  • On-site availability

    : full-time in Hyderabad (commutable distance)

What You’ll Do

Operations & Systems

  • Document and roll out SOPs: expense approvals, OKR tracking, meeting cadences
  • Configure & maintain Slack, Google Workspace, Notion/Airtable

Growth Marketing & Demand Gen

  • Plan, execute & A/B test paid search, social & display campaigns
  • Deliver

    100 MQLs

    in your first 90 days

Product Positioning & Collateral

  • Create one-pagers, demo scripts & case studies
  • Own content calendar: social posts, blog articles, webinars & newsletters

Launches & Reporting

  • Coordinate go-to-market launches with product, design & tech teams
  • Build dashboards tracking MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV & conversion rates

Compensation & Equity

  • Base Salary:

    ₹ 8–11 LPA (negotiable)

  • Performance Equity:

    Awarded post successful 90-day review

90-Day Success Plan

  1. Roll out SOPs for core processes
  2. Launch first demand-gen campaign (100 MQLs)
  3. Publish initial product collateral (one-pager & case study)
