The Role in a Nutshell Build core processes from scratch while planning, executing, and optimizing our first paid campaigns—own both process and pipeline . We help clinics and doctors adopt smarter technology, streamline operations, and deliver better patient care. Role Overview This is a high-impact, hybrid leadership position. You’ll own our entire go-to-market (GTM) and commercial growth strategy while also ensuring daily operational excellence across the Hyderabad office. As the founder’s primary business partner, you will drive product adoption, manage cross-functional teams, and build a collaborative, high-performance workplace. Key Responsibilities GTM & Commercial Strategy Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for all product launches and feature rollouts. Identify, segment, and prioritize target customer groups (doctors, clinics, hospitals), and define their journeys. Oversee marketing and sales teams, integrating campaigns across digital, offline, and partner channels. Craft and continually refine product positioning, pricing, and messaging. Set and achieve aggressive user adoption and revenue targets. Office & Operations Leadership Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all functions (admin, support, compliance, HR) run efficiently. Build, mentor, and align cross-functional teams, creating a results-oriented and collaborative culture. Maintain high standards of office discipline, resource allocation, and process optimization. Promote a healthy, engaging, and accountable office environment, serving as a role model for all staff. Handle people operations (basic HR, team morale, onboarding, performance reviews) in collaboration with the founder. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a senior point of contact for doctors, clinics, and healthcare clients. Lead onboarding sessions, explain product value, and ensure users are fully supported throughout their journey. Represent Krimatix in partner meetings, conferences, and industry events. Measurement & Reporting Establish and monitor KPIs across GTM, sales, operations, and customer success. Provide regular, data-driven business updates and insights to the founder/leadership team. Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility. Who You Are 5+ years of leadership experience in SaaS (healthtech/healthcare preferred), covering GTM, commercial strategy, and operations. Proven record of driving successful product launches and leading teams in dynamic, high-growth environments. Strong command of marketing, sales, analytics, and business operations tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, etc.). Experience with people management, office administration, and process implementation.
