Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, and creating growth strategies that align with the company's objectives. The candidate will prepare proposals, oversee project negotiations, and collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients. Additionally, they will represent the company in key client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships
• Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and creating business growth strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to lead project discussions, prepare proposals, and drive successful client engagements
• Knowledge of environmental consultancy, water and wastewater treatment,solid waste management and Green Zone Development & realted to profile is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving business growth objectives in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
