Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to operate out of our Gurugram office. This role is key to expanding Kaps Advertising’s client base across all our offices, identifying and converting new business opportunities into long-term projects, and nurturing meaningful client relationships across diverse industries.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients across industries, building a robust pipeline.
  • Generate leads via networking, cold outreach, and attendance at relevant events.
  • Craft and deliver tailored pitches, presentations, and proposals.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead-generation to deal closure and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align client needs with agency offerings.
  • Attain and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.


Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably within advertising, marketing, or creative agencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven aptitude for converting leads into projects and clients.
  • Self-driven with strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
