Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) with 3 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or technology sector. The BDM will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership from lead generation to closure while also onboarding, training, and managing channel partners to strengthen Ulipsu s reach in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities


Direct Sales to Schools

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify potential schools through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to school owners, principals, and decision-makers.
  • Drive consultative selling, handle objections, and close deals within defined sales cycles.
  • Deliver revenue targets consistently across assigned territories.

Channel Partner Onboarding Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential channel partners (distributors, agencies, education consultants).
  • Train partners on Ulipsu s product, value proposition, and sales processes.
  • Provide partners with sales kits, collateral, and regular updates to enable success.
  • Monitor partner performance, drive accountability on revenue targets, and support them in closures.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners to maximize territory coverage.

Account Management Renewals

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for closed schools.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for renewals and upselling opportunities.

Market Intelligence Reporting

  • Track competitor activity, partner landscape, and market trends.
  • Report daily/weekly activities, partner performance, pipeline status, and closure forecasts.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • 3 4 years of proven experience in

    B2B sales / business development

    , preferably in

    EdTech, SaaS, or education services

    .
  • Strong

    consultative selling, relationship management, and channel management

    experience.
  • Excellent

    presentation, negotiation, and communication

    skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently for

    school visits and partner engagements

    .
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Bachelor s degree required (MBA preferred).
