Business Development Manager

• We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the Manesar Industrial Area
• This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in on-ground sales, direct client interaction, and B2B relationship building

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and acquire new industrial clients, OEMs, and vendors in and around Manesar
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term engagement
• Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, and references
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients with tailored solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report daily activity updates
• Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and opportunities in CRM
• Collect and analyze market insights, competitor activities, and client requirements
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client requirements

Required Skills

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business/Marketing/Engineering (MBA preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of Manesar industrial area and nearby industrial hubs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage field schedules, and build strong client networks
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred for local field travel
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Existing client base in automobile, auto components, machinery, or allied industries
• Experience selling ERP, CRM, logistics, or industrial products/solutions
• Strong local network with industrial associations and vendors
