Job Title: Software Testing Trainee (Fresher) Company: Growth System ERP Expert Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Department: Quality Assurance / Product Development Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Experience Required: Fresher / 0–1 Year About the Role: As a Software Testing Trainee at Growth System ERP Expert, you will work closely with our QA and development teams to ensure the quality of our ERP solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a fresher looking to build a career in software testing within a dynamic ERP environment. Key Responsibilities: Understand ERP software modules and workflows. Prepare and execute test cases based on functional requirements. Identify, document, and report bugs and inconsistencies. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing. Work with developers to validate and verify fixes. Assist in maintaining test documentation and reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Basic understanding of software testing processes and tools. Interest in ERP systems and business process logic. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Familiarity with testing tools or scripting languages is a plus.
