Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Software Testing Trainees. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in Quality Assurance (QA) and grow in the field of software testing. As a trainee, you will be guided by our experienced QA team to learn and perform testing activities, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute test cases under guidance.
• Assist in identifying and documenting bugs, defects, and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and senior testers to resolve issues.
• Support in performing regression testing to verify fixes.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Gain exposure to different software testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (final-year students can also apply).
• 0–6 months of experience in software testing (internship/training experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
