A Junior Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth execution of projects. Their responsibilities include assisting in Project Planning and Scheduling, Team Collaboration, Budget Management, Quality Assurance, and Evaluation. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in project management and coordination.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and tasks.
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation, such as status reports, meeting minutes, and project schedules.
• Assign tasks to team members and track their progress to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate the allocation of resources, including equipment and personnel, as needed for the project.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure they stay within budget constraints.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as business, project management, or engineering) is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
