Role Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to drive our development pipeline. You will be the heartbeat of our daily operations—facilitating stand-ups, unblocking the development team, and ensuring that every feature moves smoothly from an initial estimate to a successful deployment. This is a role for someone who loves organization, thrives on clear communication, and knows how to "chase" tasks without losing team rapport.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Daily Facilitation

: Lead daily stand-up calls to identify progress, blockers, and immediate priorities.

Pipeline Management

: Maintain and track the development pipeline, ensuring all items are correctly prioritized and moving through the lifecycle.

Estimation Coordination

: Work closely with Developers and Testers to gather accurate effort estimates for new features and bug fixes.

End-to-End Chasing:

Proactively follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met and the "Definition of Done" is achieved for every task.

Deployment Oversight:

Coordinate the transition from testing to production, ensuring all pre-deployment checks are completed.

Reporting:

Create and distribute comprehensive Deployment Reports for various products, detailing what was shipped, any issues encountered, and post-deployment status.

Skills

The "Chaser" Mindset:

Proven ability to follow up on tasks and hold team members accountable in a professional, constructive manner.

Technical Literacy:

While you don't need to code, you must understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and be comfortable talking to developers and QA.

Organization:

Mastery of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Monday.com).

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills for leading meetings and drafting clear deployment summaries.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to spot bottlenecks in the pipeline before they become major delays.

Must Have

Project Coordination, SDLC knowledge

Good To Have

Jira / Azure DevOps, Client coordination experience

Education

BE/BTech

, Information Technology, or related discipline.
