Junior Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing and facilitating the execution of various projects within our organization. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualification:

• Btech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Familiar with AutoCAD, DIALux

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
• Assist in Liaision work - documentation
• Perform Electrical drawing using AutoCAD
• Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and vendors.
• Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, such as meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, and report any deviations to the project manager.
• Attend service related calls and coordination of annual maintenance
• Maintain project management tools and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project data.
• Support project managers in resource allocation and task assignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
