Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with IFAs/MFDs
  • Drive distributor engagement and business development initiatives
  • Onboard and empanel new distributors
  • Conduct joint client meetings and support documentation processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Investment, Ops, Customer Service)
  • Share market intelligence with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold brand standards

Qualifications:

  • MBA/Postgraduate in a relevant field
  • 9–10 years of experience in financial services

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in managing IFAs and MFDs
  • Knowledge of AIFs, PMS, and equity markets
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
