Build secure, high-performance Web APIs with EF Core, async processing, transaction management, and concurrency control. Design React applications emphasizing reusable components, state management (Hooks, Context API, Redux), and responsive UI. Develop middleware, handle security protocols (JWT, OAuth2.0, OIDC, mTLS), and enforce data encryption and privacy standards. Manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), cloud deployments (Azure App Services, Blob Storage, Functions), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and application monitoring. Drive AI/ML initiatives: predictive analytics, NLP (HL7/FHIR), recommendation engines, chatbots, with ethical and regulatory compliance. Define and implement testing strategies including unit, integration, UI, compliance, and automation within CI/CD. Mentor technical teams, lead code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, and data science stakeholders. Oversee problem-solving, conflict resolution, performance evaluation, and change management. Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelors/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 6+ years in .NET Core, React, App Architecture, Azure within healthcare or regulated domains.
